Задача стояла простая: используя мой опыт работы в стандартных бизнес-процессах автомобилестроительного монстра, и опыт работы в быстро меняющемся и технологичном IT-рынке настроить и упорядочить эффективную работу компании, в которой слово "взаимодействие" воспринималось сотрудниками как необходимость каждого участвовать во всех процессах, происходящих в компании; при этом цифра стоимости ТМЦ, мёртво лежащей на складах, удивляла свой величиной владельцев компании и будоражила фантазию производителей товаров. Всегда сложный переход от "домашней" компании к упорядоченной структуре произошёл без присущей этому процессу текучки кадров, чем можно гордится. А после того, как сотрудники научились заниматься каждый своим делом - стоимость ТМЦ начала входить в разумные рамки, да и многие процессы деятельности начали проходить быстрее, дешевле и качественней. 2002 - 2007
Opening and managing the large Russian IT-company’s branch office in Perm with staff of 100 people The branch office structure includes retail shops, designing department, service department, system integration department, manufacturing service, realization and use department, marketing and sale department. Functional duties: realizing of financial coefficients; resource efficient and flexible leadership; participation in creation, brining in, and control of personnel motivation system; personnel search, employing and education; creating a scheme rising department efficiency and quality; making a perspective and current plans for branch office (financial, managing, selling, marketing and others); making reports for managing company; cooperation with authorities and supervising organizations; economic bargain negotiations, discharging contract liabilities. Achievements: the branch office is one of the leaders on Perm IT-market. Awarded with a diploma «The best Top Manager» and a memorable badge. 1998 - 2001
Car service and car selling company technical manager (German Concern dealer, staff: 75 people) Functional duties: personnel management, technical services, profit and expenses control, brining in innovation methods, obtaining new office and technical equipment, finding and striking a bargain with suppliers, the organization of supplies with minimal loss, creation and leading in the corporate style, elaborating of united computer network and brining in uniform software. Achievements: the biggest car service in Perm, brand sale increase through high-quality service; long-term contract with a dealer. 1996 - 1998
